Are the people in Israel the real Jews?
For I will contend with him who contends with you, And I will save your children. Partial Blindness of Israel
We know Jews are partially blinded until the fulness of the Gentiles comes in (the Church – Rom 11). Do you think that somehow that ends God’s promise to bless those who bless them and curse those who curse them? Do you not know WHO they are in order to provoke them to Jealousy? Why would God ask you to do that if you are unable to identify who a Jew is. And how will the nations know which nation is the cup of trembling? Give me a break please.
These foolish questions and assertions are provoked by people like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and other supposed conservatives, who speak of Israel being a ‘cult’ or the ‘government of Israel’ being this or that (whatever negative they want to throw in). Somehow they (and their followers) feel like they alone are possessing the truth and can read the hearts and minds of the government over there.
Thing is, our truth should come from His Word, not videos or podcastors. Just because Ted Cruz did not do a great job with coming up with Scriptures when Tucker Carlton asked why we bless Israel, doesn’t mean there aren’t a multitude available that say this. (ABRAHAM, Father of many Gentile nations & ISRAEL – Gen 12:1-3); ISAAC (Father of ISRAEL) – Gen 26:1-4; Jacob (Is ISRAEL) – Gen 27:27-30; 28:1-13; 35:9-12; Joseph, Manasseh & Ephraim (of the 12 tribes of ISRAEL) – Gen 48:1-20; The Everlasting Covenant sworn to all 3, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (1 Chr 16:14-18). This is their land, and they inhabit it now (although not fully yet), and they will be driven out by the AC in the midpoint of the 7 years of what some call the Tribulation. It is not ‘fake Jews’ who will flee.
Is the Church Israel? In a word? No! The church is another entity than Israel. Some who name the name of Christ have decided that THEY are Israel. That THEY are the ‘Israel of God’. The Bible tells you to depart from sin (2 Tim 2:19). You are lying whether knowingly or in ignorance. You are not Israel. That might have to be addressed another day, but their claim is absurd and unbiblical. It is called replacement theology or supersessionism.
Biblical and Historical Reasons why Israel is Israel
One of the arguments is that ‘no one can trace their lineage’. Funny, but of all people on the earth, Jews are more set apart than any other. Jews generally marry Jews. They have an innate desire to live in their homeland and after the Holocaust (were those real Jews?), they came to their promised land in droves and they’re still coming. Did Hitler have it wrong and he was somehow murdering ‘fake Jews?’
The Arabs know. No one questions whether an Arab Muslim is a real Arab Muslim, basically because it’s absurd. No one even says that it’s not real Arabs in their land. Have Candace and Tucker gotten together for that yet? In fact these same hostile Arab nations do not question that it is the Jews that they are coming against.
The Muslims know. They do not wonder if they have the right Jews when they say they will wipe Israel off the face of the map (thousands and thousands of times). What about when they chant, ‘Drive the Jews into the Sea’ or ‘From the River to the Sea’ (calling for complete destruction and death of all Jews in the land. They are not afraid of this tiny country next to their Goliath Muslim ones. They hate Israel, the real Israel. Their hostility against the Jews is innate since Hagar and Ishmael.
Jesus knew they would be in their land in the last days when the AntiChrist would make a peace treaty with them and He warned them to flee (Matt 24; Luk 21: Mark 13).
The Romans knew exactly who it was they were murdering. They knew it was the Jews in the Temple when they barricaded it and burned it (and them alive) in AD70.
Paul knew that Israel >according to the flesh, were the Israelites descended from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Romans 9:4). Open your eyes to see, and unstop your ears to hear.
TikTok Education
Is TikTok or others like it where you want to be educated? Stop listening to TikTok videos, Social Media Influencers, bloggers, Democrat Senators & Congress people, or people running for office like Zohran Mamdani — oddly a rich, Communistic Muslim jihadist that has called multiple times, for yet another infatada against the Jews — yes, the real Jews. Ignore the paid for protestors, College Activism groups and especially the propaganda and conspiracies of supposedly conservative people like Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson and others.
This anti-Biblical stance against Israel is Satanic in nature. Hath God really said? It undermines God’s promises, it twists God’s Word, it fulfills the work of the accuser of the brethren, it keeps Christians from loving Jews and desiring to point them to their Messiah.
“They are not real Jews because they deny Jesus”
This argument that they are not ‘real Jews’ because they’ve denied their Messiah is absurd. Paul, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit was fully aware they did not believe in Jesus when he said His hearts desire was that >Israel would be saved (for you replacement theology people, you can see Israel is not the church, as we are already saved).
Paul also said that Gentile believers were to provoke the Jews to jealousy. Again, if we ‘can’t really know who the Jews are’, then how will we fulfill that Biblical mandate? I’m certain the Jews know they are Jews, and we can fulfill that admonition by the Holy Spirit in His Word. Some people just want to be provokers however and have no interest in pointing the Jews to Christ. It seems like their goal is only to condemn them for being unbelievers. How gracious they are. How mindful of the mercy that they were shown. If indeed they were shown mercy in their Messiah rejecting state as unbelievers.
There are many obvious historical facts throughout time that prove the Jews are still here and still in their land. There are also many Scriptures that show Israel is gathered to their land in unbelief before Daniel’s 70th week. However, here are some notable historical dates that a friend shared recently, (only mentioning a few).
Historical hatred of Israel (after Jesus)
There is plenty of Biblical History of Hatred of Israel. But let’s consider some recent history (last 1900+ years). We of course know if the burning of Jews alive in the Temple by Roman Emperor Titus. He hated both Jews and Christians alike.
One massacre was between 132–135 AD (more below). It was the Bar Kokhba Revolt against the Romans that cost about 600,000 Jews their lives. The Romans knew which ones were Jews, in order to kill or expel the rest from Rome. And the Romans renamed Israel Syria Palaestina.
The Roman Catholic church has a history of enmity against the Jews. The Council of Nicaea w/ Emperor Constantine also expelled Jews from Jerusalem (325 AD) and said Judaism was an ‘abominable sect.’ Other similar acts can be seen in 415 AD (Bishop Cyril) and 629 AD, (Byzantine Emperor Heraclius’s massacre of Jews in Jerusalem). Why did no historian question whether they were the ‘real Jews’ that were massacred?
You remember the crusades? More massacres of Jews (1096 AD, 1146 AD, 1189-1190 AD).
King Edward I knew who the Jews were. He expels all Jews from England in 1290 AD. The King didn’t seem to have difficulty in figuring it out.
Preacher Ferrand Martinez knew. We should be familiar with forced conversions or mass expulsions from different countries. Ferrand Martinez lead anti-Jewish riots killing at least 10,000 Jews. Did he somehow kill fake Jews? He was a fake preacher.
Martin Luther knew who the Jews were. Let’s not forget priests like Martin Luther writing ‘On the Jews and their Lies’, costing the lives of millions of Jews throughout history (Hitler loved Luther’s book and used it as a guide). Hate spreads. Hatred is the same as murder Jesus said. All these people are accountable.
Hitler certainly knew who the Jews were as his great plan was to exterminate them all. Same thing we see with all the Islamic countries and individual Muslims (‘Drive them into the sea’, or ‘Wipe them off the face of the map’.
The Neo-Nazi’s of today know who the Jews are. So do the Neo-Nazis of today. It is still distributed today. How do they know who the Jews are and you do not? How is it that the evil ones have more ability to know who they are?
History proves to us that everyone seems to know who the Jews are. They knew who to persecute, who to murder, who to expel from their land. Who to enact laws against. Who to force to convert. Who to falsely accuse for all sorts of ridiculous things (like the blood libel accusation (more death and destruction of property), accusation that Jews were poisoning wells, Slander that Jews caused black death and so on mentioned in Part 2).
Why do YOU have so much trouble identifying the Jews?
Why is it that you professing Christian, cannot know who the real Jews are?…
The Jews have a supernatural desire to go back to their own homeland — do you? They have been dispersed by God (also called Diaspora) and they have been supernaturally gathered back by God to their land, for a purpose in these last days. If you don’t know that, you’re not in the whole counsel of His Word. You are missing the discernment you claim you possess (Heb 5:12-14). And you are missing this:
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you. Psalm 122:6
Hitler knew. Doesn’t it seem odd that the madman Hitler was able to identify the Jews in Germany? How about the murderers before Hitler? Hitler used the Star of David or the ‘Magen David’ found in Old Temples (early as the 2nd Century) as well as on the oldest original complete Masoretic text from 1008 AD. This is not the ‘cult’ symbol of the hexagram as Candace Owens asserts is in ‘many books’. It is actually the historical symbol used in the Temples.

I suggest instead of feeding on the anti-semitic tripe on TikTok, YouTube, and other social media venues, that you get your foundation from His Word in context alone. Sound harsh? Well, friend, the blessings and cursing for those who bless or curse Israel indeed still stand. This is a warning in love to you. If it pleases the Lord to bless Israel(Num 24), who are you to do otherwise? If you continue, then please step back from me, I do not want to be near when you are cursed.
God will judge the Nations for that very thing at the Sheep and Goat Judgment (Matt 25). How they treated His brethren. And ‘His brethren’ at the time He spoke that passage were the Jews. Even the ones that rejected Him. They were ‘His own.’
But even without Historical proof, or plain ole common sense, we have Biblical proof.
The Bible says there will be Jews in their land in the last days. God will keep His Covenant with them, and it is irrevocable (Gen 12; Rom 11:29), which is good for Christians to know. God keeps His promises.
Here are some reasons why we know it is the ‘real Jews’ in their land:
The Bible says that Jews will be in the land in the time of Jacob’s trouble (Dan 12:1; Jer 30:1-7)
It also says at the end, all Jews who believe will be saved (“and so all Israel will be saved”). Saved by the Deliverer who comes out of >Zion. He will turn away ungodliness from >Jacob (this is not the church, but ISRAEL aka Jacob).
Daniel’s 70th week main purpose is to finish Israel’s transgression. The book of Daniel and also the Olivet discourse passages in the Bible are just a couple that are clear that Daniel’s 70th week will be “upon the Jews, and upon the land(Israel), for their(Israel’s) transgression.” (Dan 9).
God will bring them to their land in order to pour out His wrath on them. He will purge the rebels from among Israel, and purify some during this time. He will bring some of the Jewish people out alive of this time to replenish and occupy their land. Ezekiel 22, says they (the Jews) will be gathered into the midst of Jerusalem for the time of His anger, His fury, His wrath. Who is God doing this with if not the Jews? (Ezekiel 20:38, 22:17-22; Daniel 12:10, Zechariah 14:1-2, Isaiah 65:12-15).
Zephaniah 2 speaks of this undesirable nation being brought to the land ‘before the decree is issued’ and before His fierce anger comes upon them, He tells them to seek the Lord so that they might be ‘hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger’. Is this ‘fake Jews’ Zephaniah is addressing?
Zechariah 13 is clear that two-thirds of the Jews ‘in the land’ (Israel) will die, but God will bring forth the last 1/3, the remnant, and will refine them like silver and test them like gold, and they will call on His name. God will finish the last 7 years of Daniel’s prophecy. God’s Word says in the last days Israel will be made a reproach among all the nations, a mockery of all countries (Ezekiel 22). Is this not exactly what we are seeing? Not one of us is saying Israel (or any other country) has not done terrible things. But why the myopic focus on Israel? This alone proves they are who the Bible says they are — that cup of trembling to other nations, (Zech 12:2). God will hold these nations accountable for the things they have done against His brethren, even though Israel has been guilty of many things, He will bring forth a remnant from out of them. And we still bless Israel, and we still pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and we remember that they are the apple of His eye, and that God will keep His covenant with the Patriarchs for their sake, and for His name’s sake.
The Bible shows us that the Jews will build a Tribulation time temple in the land, in Jerusalem. The real Jews. The real Israel will be doing this.
The Bible also tells us that the ‘man of peace’ or the ‘son of perdition’ aka the AC will make a peace treaty with the Jews who are in the land of Israel. (Daniel 9:24-27).
The Bible also tells us that the Jews will flee from Israel when the AC sets himself up as God in the temple (Matt 24; Mk 13; Luk 21). Jesus told them it was the prophecy of Daniel He was addressing. He said for them to pray that they would not have to flee on the Sabbath. Is that the church who would not flee on a Sabbath? Is it the ‘fake Jews’ who ‘really don’t keep the Sabbath’ who would care about whether they fled at that time? Use some common sense friend.
Ezekiel 38 speaks of Israel being unwalled and living in peace when certain nations come against them. It speaks of the desert places in Israel being inhabited by them already during that time. In vs. 16, God specifically says that Gog (and the other nations) will come up against “My People Israel”. So it IS Israel in the Land in these last days.
For those of you dealing with those who say God is done with Israel, it’s usually a waste of time with most of them, they have already grown hardened. My experience is you provide Scripture and many replacement theology (supersessionists), cast that Scripture behind their back without a thought (Psalm 50:16-17). God asks them why they think they have a right to declare His statutes or take His Covenant into their mouths.
These anti-semites (yes, that is what you are if you are doing this), hold on to their own religious tradition or conspiracies from people like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, or Piers Morgan.
Scripture clearly shows God is not done with Israel. The sun and the moon are still shining, and you have not been able to number the stars (Jeremiah 31:35-37). God will Gather the nations against the Jews and Israel in the last days (Zech 14). God has NOT cast away His People (Romans 11; Psalm 94:14; Isaiah 49:15-16), where Paul pleads for them, just as Elijah did (and will as one of the two witnesses in the Tribulation). Paul’s heart desire was that Israel would be saved. Why isn’t it yours?

Excellent article, Holly! The anti-Israel attitude that we are seeing has taken hold in conservative circles, with Owens and Carlson leading the charge as you have so eloquently pointed out. Owens is a rabid Catholic, so she’s just being faithful to her antichrist religion. Carlson is Episcopalian (if i’m remembering correctly), and he’s also been bought and paid for by the kingdom of Qatar, so he’s just being faithful to his muslim benefactors (i hope he enjoys his thirty pieces of silver). Zechariah 12:3 tells us that the whole world will come against the Jews, and Scripture is being fulfilled before our very eyes. The Jews are currently enjoying the friendship of President Trump (best President of my lifetime), but sadly, i shudder to think what will happen when he’s gone and the anti-Israel forces gain more of a foothold in the Republican Party and in conservative circles. Finally, we must all rest on Scripture, and God’s word cannot be any clearer— “Behold, He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep”, Psalm 121:4. Hi Mark, so great to hear from you always. Yes, Candace I guess ‘converted’ to Roman Catholicism. So sad. And yes on Tucker also. I pray for both of them when theye come to mind, but we know that they are under a curse for cursing Israel.
I watch the developments, even the peace treaty that so many Christians seem to fear. Some of the countries including the Saudi’s seem to be setting up conditions for the Ezekiel 38-39 war. The Saudi’s will not be on their side. Trump, I keep praying for him and those around him. I pray for more laborers in the harvest, and that he might have a desire for God’s Word. Clearly showing what God has already proclaimed in His Word concerning His people, the children of Abraham, in these last of the last days, along with the common sense and indisputable facts of history. We know Satan will never stop coming against Israel and against believers in Christ. I marvel that people think that because they are currently in unbelief they are not the ‘real Jews’ in the land, or ‘of the Synagogue of Satan’. If they have experienced His salvation, they have sure forgotten how to be merciful and loving.

We don’t allow links here, so the edit’s to your comment were made to explain the context. Many out there lie about Israel, but this is nothing new and has gone on since Jacob was first named Israel. From the promises to Abraham. From the cheating and trickery Laban used with Isaac. But the Lord’s memory is not short. I was re-reading Nehemiah yesterday and taking my time with the names and details, and was reminded, God loves His people, and names them often by their father’s names, and records their deeds. But desires none should perish. There is coming a time, spoken of by Daniel the Prophet, mainly in chapters 2,7-12. And it is another ‘week’ of seven years to be fulfilled upon the land and upon Israel. Some will come to understand that Yeshua is and was the Messiah the Prophets spoke of. But 2/3 will not and will perish (Zechariah 13). I hope you will seek Him while He may be found. I speak of Yeshua, not another god, but the One God of Israel.
Hi, I don’t mean to attack you, but this post is littered with propaganda. It is a fact that the Zionist movement began and continues as a colonial one, by their own admission. The goal was to colonise Palestine, a place that already had inhabitants. People were driven out of their homes by force. You can debate whether or not ‘Jewish’ people have an ancestral claim to this land, but the violent and barbaric nature in which they claimed it isn’t in line with the teachings of the book, so how can we support Israel so fervently, whether Jewish, Christian or Muslim?
There is no issue about who the ‘real’ Jews are. Jews are people who are Jewish. Being of the Jewish religion does not give you divine right over a patch of land, especially not when you have to forcibly remove an existing inhabitant. Are you really trying to claim that all people who are Jewish can trace their lineage back to Palestine? Even Polish Benjamin Netanyahu, formerly Mileikowsky? Or the numerous other political leaders from Eastern Europe who are ‘Israeli’ and changed their European names to appear more indigenous? How do you propose proving this? I don’t understand how you ‘colonize’ land that already belonged to you. I don’t ‘debate’ whether Jewish people have a claim to this land, it is their land, God gave it to them, and that will never change. They will completely inhabit their land in the future, in peace, with all their enemies driven out by God Himself (according to Scripture), but it sounds like that is not where you get your information.

Jews are not ‘colonizing’, they are being restored to their Promised Land, by God as was prophesied by His Word in hundreds of places. Jews don’t think in terms of colonialism, but of return from exile. They think in terms of Aliyah, return to their own land. Most Historians recognize this is and was their land.
My reasons for support come from God’s Word. It’s amazing to me that those who call themselves Arab are not worried about ‘tracing their lineage’, yet the Jewish people are the most faithful about keeping track of just that. I am not claiming that ‘all’ can, that is a wasted argument, but I am content God knows. And as far as Netanyahu, he was born Netanyahu, it was his father who had the former name, and whose pen name, later legally changed to Netanyahu. But really, what is your point? He was a Polish Jew. They are indigenous to the land of Israel. Many of their names were changed to escape their former persecutors, the Germans, Russians, Arabs, Italians, Chinese, et al, during WW II. If Palestians were a ‘closer DNA match’, it would already have been proven and blasted all over the leftist media. That is a laughable comment.

Mirza, I suppose when things become declassified, or public info, we can discern some truth if we are willing to read through thousands of pages of accounts. I prefer to keep my focus on the Word of God which I believe is truth, living and powerful. there is always something to glean from it. Others may prefer speculation and conspiracy, which may or may not ever pan out to have any modicum of truth. I’ll leave that to those who love those kinds of things, just not for me. Love in Christ.
