We are all a ‘type’ of Barabbas. Jesus took the penalty for all of us. Our part is to believe upon Jesus Christ who is Lord (God, the Messiah) as the perfect sacrifice and substitute for our sin. The only one who could die for us, as He was sinless, and He was buried and rose again in three days as the Scriptures foretold, proving also that He is God and not only laid His life down willingly for you and me, but He had the power to take His life back up again (Jn. 10:19).
Psalms 119:63 – It’s good to have companions who keep His precepts. We need to take heed to the doctrine – 1 Tim 4:16. We need the body of Christ.
We need to remember the lost in our conversation and example. Colossians 4:5-6
